FAQ

Cant find the answer?

Are you a law firm or attorneys?
No. We are a team of constitutional educators, paralegals, mitigation specialists, and legal researchers who partner with attorneys—not replace them. Our role is to clarify rights, organize discovery, and strengthen your defense through lawful education and verified documentation.
What exactly is “discovery,” and why is it so important?
Discovery is the evidence the prosecution must share with your defense—everything from reports and recordings to statements and exhibits. When discovery is missing or incomplete, your rights are at risk. We perform Discovery Verification Audits to identify what’s missing and what must be challenged.
How soon can you help?
Within 12 to 72 hours, you’ll receive your review call and first set of educational materials. We work with clients at every stage—pretrial, sentencing, post-conviction, or reentry.
Do you replace my attorney or speak to the court for me?
Never. We do not represent clients in court. We support your attorney—or you, if acting pro se—by organizing, clarifying, and preparing lawful materials that strengthen your defense.
Can you help someone with a public defender?
Yes. Most of our clients are represented by court-appointed counsel. We bridge the communication gap, helping clients understand filings, evidence, and next steps so counsel can focus on strategy.
What if I’m representing myself (pro se / sui juris)?
We specialize in assisting self-represented individuals. We provide constitutional education, procedural guides, and document templates so you can stand lawfully, knowledgeably, and confidently in your own capacity.
What types of cases do you help with?

We assist in both state and federal matters, focusing on:

  • Criminal defense and sentencing mitigation
  • Due-process violations and wrongful convictions
  • Family and parental rights under constitutional law
  • Post-conviction relief and reentry preparation
Do you send materials to inmates?
Yes. Through our Legal Mail Program, we send verified constitutional lessons, due-process study packets, and faith-based restoration materials directly to correctional facilities.
How do I get started?
Contact us today or complete the 72-Hour Case Review Form. We’ll assess your needs, verify discovery, and create a structured plan for your defense and peace of mind.
